  • Customers are advised to check product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Replacement Policy

  • ✅ Replacement is allowed only if a wrong item is delivered.
  • Requests for replacement must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers may be asked to share photos of the delivered items for verification.
  • Replacement will be subject to availability of the correct product.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a wrong item is delivered and replacement is not possible.
  • If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch.
  • If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed due to a technical error.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after approval.
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Minor size, color, or shape variations in vegetables (natural variations).
  • Delay in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control.
